The Embrace (2025, 17m)
Follow Argentine tango teacher Carolina Pirotta as her precariously-built world is upended by the election of a right-wing populist. Offering an intimate lens on a life lived amid economic turmoil, this film dives into a world of tango that refuses to be bound by tradition - examining issues of power, resistance and resilience in the process.
Tiny Movements:(2025, 24 min)
Jenn Green, modern dancer and mother of two, discovers a file full of video recordings of her husband raping her after drugging her with high doses of Ambien. This film tells the story of her creation of Tiny Kitchen Dances project, her healing as she navigates the ongoing legal battle to protect herself and her children, the journey to hold her abuser accountable within the legal justice system, and moving forward as she works to rebuild her chosen life.
